How much does monthly maintenance cost?
We offer ongoing monthly maintenance services for an additional $50/mo for a lump sum site. But if you have purchased the website subscription, you can get all of our services for $200/mo. Take a look at our pricing page to learn more about our plans.
What is included in the monthly maintenance service?
We offer unlimited revisions and unlimited tasks while updating your website. This pertains to updating copy, images, pages, etc.
Can I just do the maintenance myself?
Of course you can. All of our sites are transferred to your Webflow account where we will have access to complete all of the tasks for you, all while you technically own and have control of the site. But if you don't have the time or don't want to learn how to do so, you can leave it to us and we will take care of it all for you.
Can I just pay for a one time task instead of paying for the whole maintenence plan?
Unfortunately not, any work on your website must be completed with a maintenance plan purchased at a minimum of a 12 month contract. But this way, it is worth it because you then have access to unlimited revision and tasks for one monthly fee, instead of several fees for each task that will add up over time.
What is the turnaround time for each task?
For each tasks, turnaround time depends on complexity of course. But on average it usually takes us around 1-3 business days to complete your task. Once it is finished, we will let you know as soon as it is done.
